Did you know that you can camp in the Killington parking lot in the summer and fall?!? The Vale Lot is first come, first serve, with a few spots that have camping pads. The rest is just a dirt parking lot, but it’s so pretty in the fall! You can hike on the ski trails, and there are mountain bike trails you can access from the parking lot.
There’s nothing better than Vermont in the fall. I’m officially a leaf peeper.
